Otaki Youth Centre

 What would it include?: I think the youth centre should have like a Netflix binge watch night.

I also think they should have a basketball court and a swimming pool, they should also have like sleeping quarters for kids who cant go home or are to scared to.

Where would it be?: It would be in either the library or the arcade.

I hope that the youth space is safe and fun.

How to make a Kowhai plant.

What you need:

water

a plastic cup

sand paper

kowhai plant seed

pot (small)

a mixing stick

soil pod.

Steps:

1. Fill the plastic cup with water (150 mls.) 

2.Put the soil pod in the plastic cup that's filled with water.

3.Wait for it to expand a little bit and start mixing with the mixing stick.

4.While you're waiting use the sandpaper on the seed and start skraping the seed. this alows water to enter the seed and make it grow.

5.Put the seed in the pot and when the soils expanded and put the soil in the pot with the soil (DO NOT FLATEN THE SOIL DOWN!!!)

6.pock a hole in the soil with your stick then you are done
